Outstanding Benefits: StoreReport is a table-driven system. This means that you can maintain almost everything through the interfaces provided with the system. For example, if a new deduction comes about, unless it requires complicated tax calculations, you can add it and maintain it without rewriting the programs. Note: At all times the date of the payroll will be the job date at the time the payroll was finalized. StoreReport payroll can also be integrated into other payroll systems. The output and input of our payroll system will be made available to anyone and consequently may be run as a standalone system for other back office accounting programs. Our payroll system has been integrated into PC2000, a powerful electronic timekeeping system that is ideal for convenience store operations. Ability to correct errors: If an error is made during the payroll run, it can easily be corrected before the run is committed for posting. And if the mistake is allowed to enter the system, the entire check may be reversed and recreated with ease. Payroll may be built over varying time periods: Generally all time cards do not arrive at the same time. You may work on payroll as the data arrives. In a biweekly payroll scenario, you can enter the hours weekly which will accumulate into a single biweekly check. When all of the entries have been entered, there are verification reports that may be run prior to the automated payroll process. Automated payroll system: Salaried employee payroll may be run with no changes. Hourly payroll will require changes to the "number of hours worked" field. Once any necessary changes have been made, the process can run automatically or can be divided into steps for verification by the operator. User defined deduction and compensation records: New deduction and compensation records may be created through PY22. The operator may specify the general ledger accounts to debit and credit for these entries and tie each one to convenience stores and departments. Multiple store processing: Employees may "float" between stores. Hours and expenses will go back to the store where the hours are accumulated. Employees may be assigned a 'home store'. FICA and Medicare matching expenses go back to the home store. Infinite historical information: Every detail line of payroll is retained for future reporting. This includes hours, store, check number, date, general ledger accounts affected, etc., etc. This information is available for the life of your system. Write-A-Check & Reverse-A-Check |
